Poster Presentation Guideline
1. Format
- - Orientation: Portrait (vertical) only
- - Size: ANSI A0 (841 mm width × 1189 mm height)
- - Landscape posters will not be accommodated
2. Poster Preparation
- - Poster presenters are responsible for printing their posters.
- - Poster boards and display tools (special tape, scissors, etc.) will be provided by conference staff.
- - Each board is labelled with an assigned poster number. Check your number in the poster list (published later).
- - Staff/volunteers at the Information Desk (1F, between Room 1 & Room 2 of Building No. 8) can help locate boards or provide tape/scissors.
- - Posters must be put up before the start of the poster session.
3. Poster Session Details
- - Location: Poster & Exhibition Area, 1F & 2F of Building No. 8
- - Daily Sessions: 14:00-15:30 from July 21 to July 23, 2025

- Setup & Removal:
- * Set up by 10:30 on your session day.
- * Remove by 17:30 on your session day. Posters left behind after each poster session will be disposed of by the conference staff.
4. Presentation Requirements

- Stand by your poster during your allocated session (14:00–15:30) to:
- * Deliver a brief introduction.
- * Engage in discussions with attendees.
Reminders:
- - Set-up, removal, and storage of posters are the responsibility of presenters.
- - Use only the provided tape to protect boards/posters.
- - If you need any assistance, visit the Information Desk for Poster and Exhibition, 1F between Room 1 & Room 2 of Building No. 8.
