Call for Abstracts
Submission Instruction
The deadline for abstract submission is Saturday, February 15, 2025, 23:59 (GMT +8).
- All abstracts should be submitted through the online system before February 15, 2025, 23:59 (GMT +8)
- The abstract must be submitted in English and should be less than 250 words long.
- Abbreviations should only be used for common terms. For uncommon terms, the abbreviation should be given in brackets after the first full use of the word.
- 2~5 keywords should be provided.
Award Application during Abstract Submission
During the abstract submission process, all participants must indicate whether they would like to apply for one or more of the following awards provided by SMBE:
- Graduate Student Excellence Award
- Young Investigator Travel Award
- Undergraduate Travel and Mentoring Award
- Caregiver Award

Important Submission Instructions for Applicants
- If you wish to apply, in addition to submitting your abstract, you must compress all required files into a zip file and upload it along with your submission.
- The compressed file should be less than 5MB.
Abstract submission has been officially closed. We will notify you by March 20, 2025 via email if your abstract was selected for oral or poster presentation.
