Call for Abstracts
Submission Instruction
The deadline for abstract submission is Thursday, January 30, 2025, 23:59 (GMT +8).
- All abstracts should be submitted through the online system before January 30, 2025, 23:59 (GMT +8)
- The abstract must be submitted in English and should be less than 250 words long.
- Abbreviations should only be used for common terms. For uncommon terms, the abbreviation should be given in brackets after the first full use of the word.
- 2~5 keywords should be provided.
Award Application during Abstract Submission
During the abstract submission process, all participants must indicate whether they would like to apply for one or more of the following awards provided by SMBE:
- Graduate Student Excellence Award
- Young Investigator Travel Award
- Undergraduate Travel and Mentoring Award
- Caregiver Award
If you choose to apply for any of these awards, please ensure that you visit the SMBE website to review the detailed application criteria:
Important Submission Instructions for Applicants
- If you wish to apply, in addition to submitting your abstract, you must email all required materials to smbe.contact@gmail.com.
- Clearly state the award name you are applying for in the subject line of your email.
