Accommodation
The SMBE 2025 will be held from 20th to 24th July 2025 at Beijing Conference Center (BCC).
Our rooms are reserved at the following buildings in BCC from 20th to 24th July 2025, as their rooms are not sold to the public, and they do not accept bookings individually, so the only way to book this hotel is through our registration system. Please follow the instructions below to book your room for the symposia.

2. Book a room
Please complete your symposia registration with the payment first, and click Hotel Reservation in your Personal Center (menu on the left) to book a room.
To make it convenient for attendees, no deposit is required for room reservations. Rooms will be held until 2:00 PM on the arrival date and will be automatically canceled if not checked in by then. If you plan to arrive after 2:00 PM, please indicate your arrival time in the booking system to ensure your room is held. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so promptly via the booking system or email us so we can release the room to other attendees and maximize room usage for the conference.
3. Check-in and check-out date
- Rooms are available to book from July 20-23, 2025.
- The check-in date starts on July 20, 2025, and the check-out date is no later than July 24, 2025.
- If you request early arrival (before July 20, 2025) or extend to stay (after July 24, 2025) please email us at smbe2025@ioz.ac.cn. We will collect the requests and forward them to the hotel, but kindly note that the pre/post-stay may not be guaranteed according to the room availabilities, and the hotel could only confirm the requests one month before the check-in date.
4. Payment and Invoice/Fapiao
When you check out, please pay the total room costs to the hotel directly and request your invoice/fapiao from the hotel. The invoice/fapiao will be issued by the hotel with your total amount of room rate.
Remarks
- Hotel official check-in time is after 2 pm and they will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time (subject to availability). Should you prefer to guarantee your room to be ready prior to your early arrival, may we suggest that the room is reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on the symposia rates.
- Hotel check-out time is before 1 pm on the day of departure. Should you wish to check out after the normal check-out time, 50% of the applicable room rate will be charged. A full night's rate per room will be charged for check-out required after 6 pm, subject to the hotel's sole discretion based on room availability.
